BR Roll Offs isn’t a franchise, a broker, or a call center. We’re a family-owned dumpster rental company built on 25 years of construction experience, operating out of Woodstock, GA with our own trucks and our own team.
Our Story
BR Roll Offs was founded by Martin Becerra, a construction professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Martin also owns and operates BR Concrete, a concrete contracting company serving the north metro Atlanta area.
The idea for BR Roll Offs came from a problem Martin kept running into on his own jobsites. Every concrete project, every demolition job, every renovation — he needed roll off dumpsters. And every time, it was the same story: franchise companies with inflated pricing, brokers who couldn’t guarantee delivery times, and customer service that felt like talking to a call center in another state.
So he bought his own trucks. Got his own containers. And started serving the contractors and homeowners around him the way he’d want to be served — with flat-rate pricing, same-day delivery, and someone who actually picks up the phone.
What started as a solution for his own construction jobs quickly grew into a full dumpster rental operation. Today BR Roll Offs runs 4 trucks and 40 containers across north metro Atlanta, serving everyone from homeowners doing a kitchen renovation to general contractors running multi-phase construction projects.
We’re based at 303 Bell Park Drive in Woodstock, GA — right outside downtown. When you call BR Roll Offs, you’re not calling a 1-800 number. You’re calling the family that owns the trucks.

BR Roll Offs is a family operation. No corporate hierarchy, no layers of management between you and the people making decisions. Here’s who you’re working with:
Martin Becerra
25+ years in construction. Owner of BR Concrete and BR Roll Offs. Martin built this company because he was tired of overpaying for dumpsters on his own jobsites — and figured other contractors were too.
Daniel Becerra
Martin’s brother and GM of BR Roll Offs. Daniel also runs his own concrete company and brings the same construction background to the dumpster side. He keeps the operation running day to day.
Mike Heard
Mike coordinates every delivery, pickup, and swap across north metro Atlanta. When you call to schedule a dumpster, Mike is the one making sure it shows up where and when it’s supposed to.
Martin’s two sisters are also involved in the business, helping with operations and keeping the family side of things running. BR Roll Offs is exactly what it sounds like — a family business built on construction experience and run by people who answer to each other, not to a corporate office.

Martin Becerra builds his career in construction across the Southeast, gaining deep experience in concrete, demolition, and general contracting over two decades.
Building BR Concrete
Martin launches BR Concrete, a concrete contracting company serving north metro Atlanta. The company grows and becomes a trusted name for residential and commercial concrete work.
Frustrated with Dumpster Companies
On job after job, Martin deals with overpriced franchise dumpsters, unreliable brokers, and delivery schedules that don’t match construction timelines. He starts thinking about doing it himself.
BR Roll Offs is Born
Martin buys his first trucks and containers, brings brother Daniel on as GM, and launches BR Roll Offs. The company starts by serving contractors Martin already knows — and grows from there through word of mouth.
